How to change forum time

Changing forum time:

Profile-> Look and Layout Preferences-> Time offset-> write -/+ number of hours,
mine is -1 ( example:forum time is 17.00 but my real time is 16.00, so -1)  ;)

and then click on "Change profile" and your forum time will be changed.
