«Gfм» Clan's Recruitment Manifest

If you want to join the phantasmagoric, exceptional, dynamic, fascinating, (...) nicest «Gғм»'s world, it's necessary make a request in the apposite recruitment section.
As engraved on our "master" Germano's bars, you have to write in your post:

Before give you some explanations, it's possible to change the forum language from Italian to English (http://www.gfm-clan.it/smf/index.php?topic=3808.msg74981;topicseen#new):

Nickname: your in-game and/or forum name. You are free to use the one you prefer and you can have more than one; but in this case please write which you're using. For exemple Frenk_the_vile in-game and Tzeench in the forum. Whoever'd like to completely change it, please write it on the forum to inform all members...

STEAM ID: it's fundamental for who want to be recruited in TF2.
The id number on STEAM in form 0:n:nnnnnnnn; it's very important to know who is who.

Name, Age, City/Nation.: They explain theirselves.
They're not fundamental, but it's nice to know something more about you...
With the regard to age, we advise all who have less than 16 years old against making recruitment request.

Preferred Classes: ...obvious.
In TF2, can you snipe at your enemies whit your eyes shutted and without zoom? Or can you burn them thanks to the strenth of your mind? And in CoD:WaW do you prefer to be a damned yankee or a honourable samurai?

Others in game communication software?: ...obvious too.
Which other programs do you use to contact your friends while your're playing? It's not mandatory using others more than STEAM and TeamSpeak, but if you have them say it. For who is from Call of Duty: World at War and haven't STEAM, of course it's better.

Do you wear eyeglasses or contact lenses?: evident.

...All straight? And now some clarifications:

Recruitment request: Utmost importance.
The ways to make the request are enumerated above and in the recruitment sections you can find other exemples.
Seeing slovenly request, clearly copied or made in forum sections different from the recruitment one... Immediately a scarce interest in the Clan and this is the worst way to begin. We don't ask for romances or poems, but only 5 minutes (maybe less) to compile a request in a good way.
The requests badly compiled, could be ignored by recruiters.

TAG: Utmost importance.
For who is inside the Clan as recruit has to use the tag "«Gғм» rcl." before your nick in-game. Who instead passes as regular member can remove the "rcl." part (simple, no?).
Who posts a a request must always wait the permission to use the tag from recruitments responsible. Only from that moment your recruitment could begin.

 
Recruitment time: Recruitment last about a month, however it's a recruiters choice (it depends on recruit behaviour).
 
Presence on our Servers: As you can imagine, our server aren't free... -KEEP CALM! You haven't to pay anything!- ...But it's a good way exploiting them. If our servers are a little empty, please come and play! Play and fill Clan' servers are a task for all members (effective or recruits).

Germano Fun Server Italia (STEAM group): when you've been recruited remeber to join our group Germano Fun Server Italia on STEAM.

Lecruitments List: When you are recruited, you are included in the Recruitments List, that is the list of our recruitments in that period. In this list you can find some info like: "He has a broken microphone" or "He has some connection problems".
So we reccomend: when you make a request, if you have some problems write it. Then we can write it on the list. But if you'd resolve the problem, remember to say it.
It's important!

Espulsion from the Clan: We wish never, but it could happen. Further to wrong behaviour, both towards the Clan and third party, it can be controverse by whoever but however it remains the CL's final judgement.
So be quiet and think only to enjoy yourselves!

At the end remember: the biggest task is yours! Enjoy yourserlf on our Tana!
