thus dude kept spamming chat with some hack program for a long time, also kept changing his name to other players actually playing on the server.
i typed status and got this:
#    389 "oddon96"           STEAM_0:0:43343240  01:58       67    0 active

so you can deal with it, happened like one hour before this post.
