START HERE^^^^^^^^

basically azygos has over the last 3 days constantly harassed me for my basecamping i try to tell him to cool it with the same spam, and i get banned for racism

azygos has told me (at length) how stupid i am for not knowing much about macedonia, so i figured id be playful and talk in broad statements about macedonians, hes the only macedonian ive ever encountered and he knows that.

i disagree that this is racist, even if it wasnt a joke between people who have a history of this kind of talk it wouldnt be racism. and a no warning 1 day ban?

is there another forum to appeal bans in? i cant read italian and i havent found it, otherwise this is my official appeal.

He's just another example of a person that thinks that you should be perma banned.

You do realize that before i applied to be an admin people asked me to msg T0urmy and ask him to perma ban you, and after i got adminship they asked me personally to ban you?

you know youre the only macedonian i know, we have talked before about that. i dont know where macedonia is or how its like there, and you have insulted me for that

thats why its a joke. YOU are slow, and youre the only macedonian i know, so all macedonians i know are slow its as stupid and ignorant as normal racism, but not really very offensive you need to be able to detect subtle nuances in conversation, intent is what matters.

Most of the people on the server have known me long before I applied to be an admin. Also, the only person that I've banned aside from you is an aimbotter. Because guess what, most people don't act like insufferable cunts. All the other players see me taking shit from you on a daily basis  without anything happening to you. So don't try to portray me as a dictator, your bans were well deserved.

The rules are "common sense" as Ivan said. Commons sense is, if youre CONSTANTLY being a dick when you play, and everyone disliking you, you don't belong on the server

So don't say your bans were undeserved, if I wanted you gone with no reason I would have perma banned you. Instead I try to be fair and I give you DOZENS of warnings before taking any action
